"Clearly, Hawaii is being killed ...We're on our knees right now."

Edward Kubo Jr.
US Attorney, State of Hawaii

Age: 19
Gender: Male

My little sister started using meth two and a half years ago. She was only 15. I remember hearing her come home really late at night and my Dad asking her where she'd been. She would get really irritated and scream and throw things across the room. She stole all my money and my parent's credit cards to buy meth, then she ran away from home. A while after that, while I was walking down the street, I remember this young girl with scabs and cuts all over her face come from an alley way and tell me she would have sex with me for 20 bucks. I then recognized that she was my sister and she ran away. Since then, she has attempted suicide twice. I still don't know where she is and I don't even know if she is still alive. My little sister became this monster. I'll never see that same sweet little girl who used to call me "Bubby". She's gone.
